Chef Eric, former executive chef of Jeffery’s Grocery in Manhattan’s West Village, has a flawless, classic style while Chef Shuai, recently nominated for a James Beard Award, takes a more global and playful approach to food. Match that with hyper-local ingredients from Sara’s GrowFood and super premium wines from Argentina and you have the makings for a spectacular food and wine experience. The evening’s all-vinyl soundtrack will be provided by JAZ and will wrap with an auction to benefit GrowFood Carolina.
